7:15 Erik Lindgren Presents

Birdsongs of the Mesozoic’s Erik Lindgren will present original works for
piano, flute, and voice. Program includes the whimsical suite “Words by
Ogden Nash/Music by Erik Lindgren” with narrator Naheem Allah, 2 recent art
songs “Truth Is Immortal Error Is Mortal” and “When Fighter Pilots Inside Is
Crispy” that use spam as the text, plus various musical novelties by Raymond
Scott.

8:15 Derek Lamb

Derek will perform a selection of his (so called) humorous
readings and ballads - much in the tradition of the ‘British Music Hall’,
which was his earliest musical inspiration growing up in London. His program
is titled, “Where’s the Dalai Lama when you really need him?” and he will be
joined on vocals by the delightful Ms. Tracie Smart.

Ticket price is $10
