Schwarzkopf was born in Colorado Springs, Colorado. As part of an artistic family, Alexander grew up enjoying music, dance, and visual arts. His artistry has been recognized with top awards in piano both in the U.S. and abroad. Most recently he was a finalist at the Silvio Bengalli International Piano Concorsi in Pianello, Italy. His diverse repertoire represents his broad interests in music from the 17th century to the present. Currently, Alexander resides in Boston.
