TAPE
Tape is the trio of Andreas Berthling, Johan Berthling and Tomas Hallonsten. Hailing from Stockholm, they build their music from a wide array of acoustic instruments, computers, and field recordings. Their first two CDs, “Opera” and “Milieu” (both on the lovely Häpna label) received excellent reviews in the international press, with their subtle balance of the lyrical and experimental, eliciting favorable comparisons to Talk Talk, Gastr del Sol, Fennesz, John Fahey and Faust. www.hapna.com/tape/

Aero is Apestaarje founder Koen Holtcamp, who also performs as N/A and as one half of Silent Partners. As Aero, Holtcamp creates delicate minimalist pieces using subtly processed acoustic instruments, such as guitar, banjo, and melodica. www.staartje.com ANDEREGG (Apestaarje)
