Overview:
Five years ago a spiritual hurricane was born in the backdrop of our world
and the No School Foundation was born. Through time an alliance were being
form with the spirits of the galaxy, channeling the message into the central
cortex our minds. Leapfrog, leapfrog is a multi-media celebration of some of
these developments. Professor Sleepwalker, for the past five years, has been
collecting data from the galactic givers of light and darkness and through
this accumulation, finally has achieved leapfrog, leap frog. The festival of
universal equations is an exhibition of the interplay between beings and the
grand mystery!
Act one: opening the door
Starting the activities is Dr. Soh-So. Welcoming us to the idea of the
neutral sphere. Utilizing electronic technology, he will create space and
neutrality with sonic landscapes. Portraying the comfort zone, and allowing
a place for the mind to rest, Dr. Soh-So experiments with non-motion
principles and invites all to the idea of stillness. He is about to complete
his masters diploma in alpha-beta cryptography. The No School is extremely
grateful to have him on the roster this year.
Act two: connection and disconnection
On hiatus from normality, Professor Sleepwalker met Sir Dunst, a wacky
swami who channeled strange principles and theorems from worldwide
collective consciousness. The two philosophers would spend hours
deconstructing logic and reason, allowing for “new mind liberation.” In act
two the professor displays his discoveries from the connection/disconnection
project, a multi-media display of sound and sight where the modern ambient
music of today meets classic cartoons of yesterday. Act two is a glimpse
into the strange beauty of disective formations and resemblage autonomy.
Act three: World as Illusion
It is stated from the mystics of the old that the world is simply an
illusion and that many individuals including myself are asleep in this
illusion. In act three we will be bring in the “The silent magician,” a man
who possesses true marvel and clairvoyant mastery. Backed by the weary
minimalistic music of The Baxter and Mr. Firefly. The trio will be
demonstrating paradoxical tricks of illusion and “magic.” They have been
lucidly dreaming and working diligently in the deep realms of the Blue Lab.
We at The No School Foundation are very excited to witness their progress in
manifesting their Technicolor reality. I can already feel the warm
vibrations and light of act four. .
Act four: Love and Chaos
In act four, strings of light, sounds, and language will bombard our
periphery. Love and chaos will be presented through bizarre sound sketches
and slides projections. Overlaying this montage will be a lecture prepared
by professor sleepwalker on the subject of pre-meridian time travel through
the heart and sub-terrene awareness receptors.
Act Five: Boy + Rocket
The final gasp before the final gasp. Boy + Rocket is a collaborative
effort in space exploration. The boy and his rocket have been traveling
through time and have finally come back after an epic journey to play for
the leapfrog, leapfrog festival. Through guitars, electronic composition and
sound processing Boy + rocket will bring the sweetness and softness of the
galaxy back down to the earth. This presentation is said to give sweet
dreams.
Act Six: Kid world
We will be closing the universal equation festival with an all kids world
puppet show. Accompanied by soft piano, Kids World reverberates playful
spaces of heaven-earth, endless days of dreaming, and imagination that flows
through the angelic skies. Act Six will feature the work of the one and only
Miss Anna Krakow, founder of the “organization against angry professionals.”
She is a true visionary, a pioneer of her craft. With her sharpness and
stealthy techniques, Miss Krakow’s magical powers will awaken the spirits of
sleep and help return them to the night brigade protectors. The No School
Foundation is incredible grateful to have her aboard.
Underview:
I was recently driving of late with the Professor after a light
night excursion and all was silent. He was looking out the window at
everything passing by and smiling like a baby. “It’s Beautiful.” he said and
we both agreed. Leap Frog, Leap Frog, The Festival of Universal Equation is
a celebration of the ascension of the heart and its returning to wholeness.
