Celebrating the release of their new CD, ‘Apfelschaun’, saxophonist Uwe
Steinmetz (from Germany) joins Ben Schwendener, piano, bassist Bill Urmson
and drummer Steve Chaggaris performing original works.
Their unique sound incorporates musical languages of jazz, European folk and
popular Western genres. Much of the work is also inspired by atmospheric and
human imagery associated with film and modern dance. For more information
