Produced by a.i.m. (advanced idea mechanics), Sunday’s show presents a
top-notch array of artists from all ends of the burgeoning Boston noise
scene. Each performer brings a unique approach to the live improvised
electronics of harshnoise. Donna Parker’s minimal, melodic excursions can
be described as almost dance tracks for the blank generation. dosage
wrings extended, droning textures from simple tools like feedback, radio
static, and electrical hum. Karlheinz commands a vast orchestra of black &
silver boxes to sculpt at-times operatic harsh noise. Miortva stirs
electronic and organic elements into a wicked, chaotic sonic brew.
