JOYCE DEVLIN & FRIENDS
“Imagine A Woman My Age,” by Wendy Woodson, is a solo performance about a woman who discovers what she really wants. Joyce Devlin performs the story while accompanying herself on the upright bass.
This is followed by the Upper Structures Jazz Ensemble performing jazz standards, original compositions, and show tunes, featuring:

Henry Schniewind - piano

Joyce Devlin, actor/musician, has performed on and off Broadway, in film, and television. She is currently touring “Imagine” in New York City, Boston, and throughout New England. Joyce is a professor of theatre arts at Mount Holyoke College and a student at Berklee College of Music.
Liz Ehrman has recently completed her jazz studies and alternative cello at Berklee College of Music and New England Conservatory of Music. She performs throughout New England with Accord Music (classical), Limbic Trio (alternative jazz), and Tobyn (Yiddish songbook). Liz teaches music in the Boston area.
Henry Schniewind is currently performing solo piano in restaurants and for parties in the Boston area. A student at Berklee College of Music, Henry also teaches piano.
Jim Carroll, a graduate of Berklee College of Music, is currently a graduate student in jazz composition and arranging at the University of Massachusetts. Jim’s compositions and arrangements are performed by University jazz ensembles and the Upper Structures.
