A rare acoustic piano performance featuring one of the legendary life-long
collaborations in Jazz between Dave Bryant on piano (Ornette Coleman’s Prime
Time, Shock Exchange) and John Turner on bass (Charlie Kolhase, J. Giles,
Shock Exchange, Either Orchestra). They will be joined by Eric Rosenthal on
drums (Naftule’s Dream, Steve Lantner, Charlie Kolhase) and the inimitable
Jason Hunter on Saxophones. Together they have achieved a remarkable
assimilation of the harmolodic approach to independence of line and time and
melody in the music.
